had an extremely frustrating experience with this office. In early March, I called to verify they were in-network with my insurance, and the receptionist initially said they were the only provider in a 50-mile radius that does the treatment I needed. However, when I asked her to run my insurance because the consultation price seemed high, she went from saying yes, we accept it, to saying no, they don’t, and only accepting Anthem. She kept spelling my name wrong, repeatedly wrote my insurance number incorrectly, and did not know how to run my insurance. When I asked her to verify coverage, she refused to call the provider line, even when I gave her the number. I spoke with Blue Cross Blue Shield three separate times, and they confirmed that this office is in-network. I even did a three-way call with BCBS and the office, where BCBS told her that they are in-network and explained which programs or categories my plan falls under, but she refused to hear them out or accept any help to guide billing. The operator ultimately told me to speak to the billing department or office manager, because the receptionist was incorrect and refusing to follow instructions. She does not know how to u

I had to get a periodontist. I went through the list and chosen Dr. Leandro Carneiro. I can say I am very pleased with him and his staff. They made you feel comfortable took the time to explain the process for your issues. So if your looking for periodontist and oral surgeon to extract a tooth he the person for you.
